Front Store Operations Leader

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a store leadership role in Ontario to assist the Front Store Manager with managing human, physical and financial resources.

The position focuses on improving product flow from backroom to sales floor and maintaining store standards to optimize customer experience. You will partner with management to schedule labor, hire for departments (excluding Pharmacy), and drive engagement by reinforcing core values.
