Senior Fleet Management Business Analyst

Lead fleet management analysis for MatchBox’s public sector client in New Westminster, using requirements expertise in a hybrid contract role.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support selecting and implementing a yard and charge management solution. The 12-month contract requires collaboration with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and operating companies. Your work will align business processes, architecture, cybersecurity needs, and long-term support planning. You will report to a Senior Project Manager within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business problems, risks, opportunities, and desired outcomes
• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Maintain traceability from requirements through implementation
• Coordinate vendors, project documentation, schedules, risks, and issues
• Develop testing, training, communication, and change materials

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of business analysis experience
• Experience with fleet, vehicle asset, or yard operations
• System implementation and data integration experience
• Waterfall familiarity; Agile experience is an asset
• Microsoft Office and SharePoint or Confluence proficiency
