Support Uline customers in English and French from the Toronto Branch in Milton, using communication and problem-solving skills on-site.
As a bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver service through a family-owned call centre. Uline provides training and tools for customer interactions. The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using world-class technology
- Recommend products and handle account inquiries
- Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions
- Build relationships through phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering
Requirements:
- Fluency in spoken and written English and French
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus; training provided
