Asset Protection Investigator Orillia

Protect Walmart Canada customers, associates, and merchandise in Orillia through store patrols, investigations, and professional security practices.

The Asset Protection Associate helps maintain a safe, secure store environment while reducing shrink and supporting profitability. You will verify security features, investigate theft and shrink incidents, and communicate findings to leadership. The position also supports emergency procedures, external apprehensions, and assigned Asset Protection priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features
• Investigate internal theft, external theft, and shrink incidents
• Communicate findings to Store Leadership and stakeholders
• Support evacuations and emergency procedures during incidents
• Carry out external apprehensions under company policies and legal standards

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Hold a Security Guard License
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Stand, bend, and lift inventory or equipment
• Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
