Sales Manager for Wenco North America

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is pivotal in driving revenue through new client acquisition while supporting existing accounts strategically. You'll leverage market knowledge and collaborate across teams to align customer needs with business objectives. The focus remains on securing new business and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue through new client acquisitions
• Achieve annual sales targets and pipeline growth
• Foster relationships with key internal and external customers
• Coordinate with Client Services and Engineering teams
• Participate in tradeshows to enhance brand visibility
Requirements:
• 5+ years in sales or business development in mining
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Demonstrated success in high-end solution selling
• Technical background in mining or engineering
• Strong communication and analytical skills
