Lead technical sales solutions from the Brampton/Vaughan border with expertise in quotations, packaging solutions, and commercial risk control.
As Pre-Sales Manager, you will lead Product Specialists, Technical Sales Associates, and a Quote Writer. Connect Sales, Product Management, and Quotation resources while shaping practical solution concepts. Your work supports accurate proposals, customer RFPs, URS responses, and complex opportunity progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the pre-sales team
- Own quotation and technical proposal quality
- Coordinate customer RFP and URS responses
- Translate requirements into compelling solution concepts
- Challenge technical and commercial risk
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in pre-sales or technical sales
- Capital equipment, automation, packaging, or food processing experience
- Strong commercial judgment and technical curiosity
- Clear communication and cross-functional leadership
- Relevant degree or equivalent proven experience
