Aviation Invoicing and Analytics Analyst

Support aircraft engine maintenance invoicing through SAP data validation, discrepancy investigation, and business analytics in a cross-functional environment.

This analyst role supports commercial operations and customer support for aviation maintenance events. You will consolidate information from business systems, review contractual invoice requirements, and develop performance reporting. The work also involves planning coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate customer invoices for engine maintenance events
• Consolidate SAP, quality, and operational records
• Investigate duplicate charges and billing exceptions
• Maintain visibility of upcoming shop visits
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably third or fourth year
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• SAP, Tableau, or internship experience is an asset
