Hybrid M&A Tax Manager: Lead Deals & Due Diligence

Aprio, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Specialty Tax team. You will lead M&A tax engagements, advise clients on tax implications, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing environment.

This role requires 5+ years in M&A tax, CPA or Bar admission, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in person and up to 25% travel, plus a competitive compensation package.
