Drive retail merchandising in St John's with Brand Momentum, using store relationships, reporting tools, and sales support skills. Work approximately 25 hours weekly.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will manage and support retail programs for a leading CPG brand. Execute distribution, displays, shelf detailing, and merchandising standards while supporting sales. The work includes multiple stores, reporting, and feedback that identifies growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product distribution, displays, and shelf detailing priorities
- Build relationships with store management supporting sales efforts
- Update planograms and correct out-of-stocks in stores
- Ensure product freshness and maintain shelf standards
- Submit reports and share actionable field insights
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle access
- Merchandising experience within Walmart and grocery retail
- Strong communication and professional relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with time management skills
- Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, mobile apps, and digital tools
Support Brand Momentum retail programs through merchandising execution, store partnerships, reporting, and sales-focused field insights.
