Cannabis Store Operations Supervisor

Keep Inspired Cannabis operations running smoothly with compliance, cash management, and adaptable shift leadership. Support customers and teammates through changing retail priorities.

This Keyholder role oversees daily store operations while protecting service standards, regulatory requirements, and store presentation. You will open and close the store, manage cash, maintain product knowledge, and support team education. Problem-solving, clear communication, and accountability guide your on-shift decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• Complete opening and closing procedures with cash management
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, organization, and store standards
• Address customer escalations and model high-quality service
• Identify sales and customer retention improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Two-plus years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt priorities and address issues proactively
• Ability to stand extended periods and safely lift 20 pounds
• CannSell or equivalent certification and criminal record check required
