Use SAP maintenance systems and electrical planning expertise as an Electrical Maintenance Planner supporting pit maintenance operations. This six-month contract focuses on mobile equipment reliability.
Peter Lucas Project Management seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner for mining, energy, and heavy industrial projects. The planner supports preventative maintenance planning, equipment documentation, and SAP database development. Work involves electrical mobile equipment, multidisciplinary coordination, and maintenance execution support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather technical information for electrical maintenance planning and scheduling
- Develop preventative maintenance sheets and work instructions
- Identify materials, spare parts, and equipment for scheduled work
- Coordinate multidisciplinary maintenance activities for timely execution
- Maintain electrical equipment information and records within SAP
Requirements:
- Previous electrical maintenance planning experience in mining or heavy industry
- Strong working knowledge of SAP maintenance systems
- Experience with drills, shovels, haul trucks, and switchhouses
- Understanding of preventative maintenance and work order development
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
