Sephora Sales Floor Experience Lead

Lead Sephora’s sales floor experience at BC-Millstream Village in Langford, overseeing departments while strengthening selling model execution and client service.

This full-time, regular Stage Experience Lead assignment covers Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare, or a combination. You will guide on-stage cast, support client feedback responses, and help the store achieve and exceed company objectives. The work combines team coaching, event support, and business awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned sales floor departments within the Sephora location
• Ensure cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model
• Support responses to client feedback and related issues
• Support training on Client Interactive Technology
• Coordinate in-store events supporting goals and client needs

Requirements:

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence business partners clearly and concisely
• Ability to attract, identify, train, and develop store leaders
