Lead retail operations and profitable sales as Store Manager at Dollar Tree Canada in Fort St. John, British Columbia. Build strong teams through communication and coaching.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead associates and oversee merchandising, front-end operations, recruitment, development, scheduling, and inventory management. This full-time position supports store success by creating an environment where individuals feel valued and contribute. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead associates to drive profitable store sales
- Oversee merchandising and front-end operations
- Manage recruitment and associate development
- Coordinate scheduling and inventory management

Requirements:
- Three or more years leadership experience, preferably retail
- Completion of secondary school
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Friendly, helpful, safety-focused approach
- Ability to lift, bend, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
