Class 5 Five Ton Delivery Driver

Drive five-ton routes for Sunrise Chick Sales in Abbotsford, combining Class 5 driving with extensive hand trucking and manual labour.

This full-time Driver position serves Fraser Valley Chick Sales, a Sunrise Farms division. The schedule runs 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., four 10-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Overtime is required when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform frequent hand trucking over long distances
• Complete heavy manual work during delivery duties
• Drive five-ton vehicles across assigned routes
• Complete successful road tests
• Apply Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley knowledge

Requirements:

• Class 5 driver's licence with minimum one year experience
• Five-ton driving experience and qualification
• No more than four current-year penalty points
• No 24-hour suspensions during the prior five years
• Current original driver's abstract and accident history report
