Job Duties

• Organize daily office activities and maintain basic administrative procedures to support dispatch and business operations.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, delivery timelines, and meetings with clients, drivers, and service providers.
• Answer telephone calls and electronic enquiries from customers, brokers, and vendors, and relay messages to management.
• Prepare, type, and proofread transportation documents, correspondence, invoices, and internal records.
• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail and electronic communications and maintain organized filing systems.
• Maintain office supply inventory, place orders when required, and keep records of purchases and expenses.
• Greet visitors and assist clients or drivers attending the office with documentation or general inquiries.
• Compile basic operational data such as load information, mileage records, and expense details for management reference.
• Assist with recordkeeping related to shipments, permits, maintenance reminders, and regulatory documentation.
