Restaurant Operations Manager

Restaurant Operations Manager needed for on-site leadership, staff scheduling, and daily service coordination in a rural food-service setting. English communication is required.

This Restaurant Operations Manager oversees daily restaurant operations and supervises three to four people. The position includes monitoring performance, setting schedules, implementing procedures, and maintaining service standards. Candidates need one to less than two years of experience, relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience, and willingness to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance and set work schedules
• Implement service types and operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Requirements:

• One to less than two years of experience
• College certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to a rural area
• Own transportation and reliable interpersonal skills
