Coordinate customer projects and technical teams for Aggreko from its Fort McMurray Service Center. Apply leadership, organization, and service expertise.
This Customer Engagement Lead role manages project execution while aligning customers, technicians, and cross-functional teams. You will support planning, installation, deployment, equipment readiness, and agreed service levels. The role also addresses customer issues and monitors operational and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer objectives and deliver operational solutions
- Lead project planning, installation, deployment, and execution
- Ensure equipment readiness, configuration, availability, and deployment
- Conduct site visits, audits, and compliance inspections
- Represent customer priorities across internal teams
Requirements:
- Management experience in diverse technical environments
- Five-plus years managing ten or more technical employees
- Associate degree or relevant years of experience
- Experience preferably in power generation or HVAC
- Flexibility, adaptability, multitasking, and strong organization
Use technical project leadership and customer service skills to support safe, high-quality delivery across Aggreko operations.
