Student Recruitment Advisor Squamish

Promote Capilano University programs in Squamish through recruitment advising, campus tours, presentations, and Customer Relationship Management systems. Flexible weekday hours, weekends, and domestic travel are required.

As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will support enrolment planning and provide prospective students with admissions information. You will coordinate events, develop school relationships, engage audiences through social media, and analyze recruitment data. The position supports marketing initiatives and cross-functional university teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise prospective students on admissions procedures and deadlines
• Coordinate recruitment events, presentations, and campus tours
• Build relationships with counsellors and community groups
• Engage audiences through social media and promotional materials
• Research opportunities and evaluate recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field
• Two years of post-secondary recruitment experience
• Customer Relationship Management experience in higher education recruitment
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License
