Apply advanced Excel skills as Victaulic’s Order Management Coordinator in Brampton, Ontario, supporting pricing agreements through a hybrid, full-time schedule.
This coordinator works with Sales and Customer Care teams to maintain pricing information and customer records. The work includes analyzing large datasets, updating BPCS, producing QlikView reports, and resolving pricing disputes. The position supports accurate, timely agreement administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, analyze, and track pricing approvals
- Maintain pricing agreement records and database updates
- Enter customer agreements into BPCS
- Generate QlikView sales and expiry reports
- Resolve pricing disputes and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Two to five years’ administration or order entry experience
- Business post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
