Serve Prince George customers at Scotiabank’s Spruceland Branch as a Customer Experience Associate with strong service and technical skills. This part time position offers 15 hours weekly.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support customers throughout their banking journey. You will build relationships, process daily transactions, and identify simple sales opportunities. You will also introduce mobile banking applications while helping customers manage their banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover customer needs through proactive listening
