Client Intake - Leduc
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic and possess strong organizational and time management skills. This role involves client intake, providing essential support to clients and various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate records.
Qualifications
Diploma and experience in a human services-based field - Social Work, Education, Psychology, etc.

Requirements
- Experience in client services in particular working with the vulnerable sector.
- Knowledge of community services in the Leduc and Leduc County areas and Gov programs is an asset.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to interact positively with others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office to create documents and spreadsheets.
