Raise is hiring a contract team member for its client. This engineer coordinates estimate preparation, oversight, quality assurance reviews, and schedule assessments. The work covers Company-operated and Other Builder Operator estimates, Check Estimates, and process improvement tools. The position supports communication across project controls, planning, estimating, scheduling, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cost estimate preparation for Gate and Funding milestones
• Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules for OBO submissions
• Assess project cost and schedule bases
• Support weekly status and project summary reports
• Participate in capital efficiency and quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a closely related position
• Proficiency in cost estimating, planning, and project controls
• Strong analytical, computing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and changing priorities
