Distribution Center Logistics Associate

Support receiving, inventory, and order processing at White Cap through accurate shipment handling and dependable distribution center work. This role is based in a distribution center.

As a Distribution Center Associate II, you will perform specialized tasks across receiving, inventory, customer service, and order processing. Your work includes recording shipments, preparing merchandise, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining stock accuracy. You will work under general supervision while escalating complex or unusual problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and record shipment data in the system
• Match packing lists with actual packed merchandise
• Operate forklifts and other listed material-handling machinery
• Verify bin integrity and physical stock counts
• Maintain organized, clean work areas and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Generally two to five years in the responsibility area
• One or more years of related experience preferred
• Specialized skills training or certification may be required
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy or awkward materials
