Mining Capital Construction Coordinator

Apply underground mining construction experience at Nutrien while coordinating contractors, field interfaces, and safe execution of capital projects. The Capital Projects Construction Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination within mining, heavy industrial, or large-scale construction settings. This position connects site operations, contractors, and project teams through planning sessions, field reporting, scope coordination, and issue resolution. Safety remains central to execution. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison among contractors, operations, and project teams Lead visible safety reinforcement and hazard follow-up Stop unsafe work and verify corrective actions Direct scope, access, sequencing, and work boundaries Validate daily reports and approve invoicing work Requirements:

At least five years of capital project execution experience Underground mining, heavy industrial, or major construction background Experience supervising field teams and managing contractors Ability to review technical documents and construction drawings Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project, or SAP preferred Use field leadership, safety knowledge, and contractor coordination skills to support Nutrien’s mining capital construction delivery.
