Turn financial data into actionable insights as a Senior Financial Analyst with Ice River Sustainable Solutions in Shelburne, Ontario, working hybrid.
This senior finance role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decisions across Ice River Sustainable Solutions. You will analyze performance, explain financial drivers, and partner with operational and business leaders. The work spans multiple organizational areas and supports strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
- Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards
- Support business cases, capital analysis, and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- Minimum five years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP systems experience
- Strong modelling, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
