Lead construction operations with Holaco Construction as a Site Superintendent in Burnaby, coordinating teams while prioritizing safety and quality.
This experienced position supports current and future projects across the Greater Vancouver Area. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers, and maintain project progress. The work spans university renovations, municipal construction, and commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations on construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
- Monitor quality, building-code compliance, and safety regulations
- Resolve deficiencies and mitigate construction risks
- Inspect sites, document progress, and mentor field workers
Requirements:
- Five to ten years of construction experience
- Expertise in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing trades
