Lead healthcare AI and machine learning initiatives as Loblaw’s Senior Manager in Brampton, Ontario, using Python and advanced analytics. This full-time role offers CA$100,000–CA$132,000 annually.
Within Loblaw’s Healthcare Data Product team, you will improve patient experiences, healthcare outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance. You will guide data science delivery while partnering with product, technology, business, and clinical teams. Healthcare data, responsible AI, and governance are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solution delivery
- Translate healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions
- Direct initiatives from problem definition through monitoring
- Mentor data scientists and establish technical practices
- Present insights, recommendations, and business impact
Requirements:
- Four to five years of progressive data science experience
- Strong Python and hands-on machine learning development skills
- Experience with healthcare data, privacy, governance, and quality
- Ability to lead initiatives and mentor data scientists
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
