Arjo Equipment Service Technician

Support mobility challenges through Arjo equipment service, customer instruction, and technical repairs in healthcare facilities around Oshawa, Ontario.

This full-time Field Service Technician position applies technical knowledge to maintain Arjo products onsite. Responsibilities combine preventative maintenance, equipment installation, electromechanical troubleshooting, customer service, and service-agreement promotion. Your work helps maintain mobility solutions for residents, patients, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduled preventative maintenance and repair services
• Promote and sell Arjo service agreements and products
• Assist sales personnel with calls, in-services, and sales leads
• Teach customers proper equipment operation and use
• Keep vehicle parts inventory organized and clean

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of field-based electromechanical maintenance experience
• Minimum three years of face-to-face technical customer service
• Minimum three years promoting or selling service products
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to recommend products based on observed client needs
