Facility Services Operations Manager

Lead facility services operations through HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power expertise at Walmart’s Spruce Grove location.

As Manager, Facility Services, you will execute business plans, remove operational barriers, and support continuous learning. You will direct maintenance operations, complex projects, and regional field activities. The role also covers budgets, compliance, contractor performance, and associate development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power operations
• Plan assignments, supervise work, and verify project completion
• Track preventive maintenance, costs, contractors, and regional initiatives
• Develop budgets, approve purchases, contracts, invoices, and expenditures
• Select, train, mentor, and evaluate associates

Requirements:

• Ability to execute multiple business plans and projects
• Experience evaluating facility, equipment, and workforce needs
• Ability to develop budgets and assess return on investment
• Knowledge of applicable HVAC and refrigeration laws and regulations
• Ability to establish performance standards and measure progress
