Use automotive knowledge and estimating software as a Collision Estimator with Kirmac in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Plan accurate repairs for modern vehicles.
Kirmac Collision & Autoglass seeks an Estimator with at least two years of collision estimating experience. You will prepare estimates, guide customers, and coordinate with technicians, production teams, and insurers. The work includes EVs, hybrids, ADAS-equipped vehicles, advanced materials, OEM-compliant planning, and insurer requirements. Kirmac supports continuous learning and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely estimates using industry-standard software
- Guide customers through repair experiences professionally
- Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers
- Assess EV, hybrid, ADAS, and advanced-material vehicle damage
- Identify high-voltage procedures, calibrations, and specialized EV processes
Requirements:
- Two or more years of collision estimating experience
- Strong automotive knowledge and repair process understanding
- Familiarity with insurance procedures, guidelines, and standards
- Proficiency with Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
