Mail Order Pharmacy Assistant

Support prescription preparation and patient care as a Pharmacy Assistant in a full-time, on-site mail-order pharmacy. Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, without weekend shifts.

This position serves patients across Canada through organized prescription processing and shipment preparation. Pharmacy Assistants manage records, enter data, package medications, and coordinate inquiries under pharmacist supervision. Kroll experience and pharmacy billing knowledge are mandatory for this work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support prescription preparation, labeling, packaging, and shipment
• Use cold-chain supplies when required for shipments
• Maintain accurate patient and prescription information
• Refer clinical questions to the pharmacist when needed
• Keep inventory handling and pharmacy areas organized

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of pharmacy experience
• Hands-on Kroll software experience
• At least one year of pharmacy billing experience
• Ability to stand and move packages
• Reliable, organized approach with strong attention to detail
