As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Maintenance Superintendent, guiding a skilled team dedicated to high operational standards. This role emphasizes maintenance planning, project execution, and team development while ensuring adherence to safety policies. You will liaise with various departments to align systems with site needs and enhance overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Fixed & E&I technicians on-site
• Develop audit systems for site infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance tasks
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues
• Communicate key updates to management
Requirements:
• Journeyman Red Seal certification is essential
• Minimum of 5 years in mining maintenance supervision
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of Electrical Code
• Strong leadership and communication skills
