Walmart OTC Pharmacy Associate

Support Walmart customers in Goderich as an Over-the-Counter Associate, using customer service, stock rotation, and accurate pricing practices. Work at 35400 Huron Road.

This associate supports the OTC department under direction from the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager. The position includes maintaining patient confidentiality, supporting department sales and profit, and preserving modular and feature presentation. It also involves prescription-filling equipment calibration and compliance with Walmart’s Basic Beliefs and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers while maintaining exemplary customer service
• Rotate stock and check products for expiration
• Zone the assigned department and maintain product presentation
• Follow ordering, pricing, clearance, and signing procedures
• Calibrate equipment used in prescription filling

Requirements:

• Must be age 16 or older
• Maintain patient confidentiality under the Privacy Act
• Keep the area free of debris, fixtures, and liquids
• Maintain zero pricing errors through scanning credibility practices
• Follow direction from department and pharmacy managers
