EMO Manager - Engineering Program Delivery

Ontario Water Works Association seeks a Manager of the Engineering Management Office (EMO) within Public Works. The role leads development, implementation, and monitoring of engineering and capital project delivery frameworks, standards, controls and support systems across Public Works. You will manage cost, performance and risk, ensuring alignment with service levels and compliance while promoting engineering good practices, maintenance and reliability readiness across infrastructure programs.
