Support home finishing in the Canadian Rockies with Encore Master Builder as a Site Assistant based in Jasper, Alberta. Practical handyman skills are central.
This full-time temporary position works under the Superintendent to complete customer homes on time, on budget, and with quality-focused turnover. You will perform minor repairs, adjustments, painting, taping, sealing, and installations. The position also includes material handling, site cleanliness, and possession preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete basic adjustments to doors, cabinets, and related items
- Perform drywall repairs, taping, painting, and touch-ups
- Apply silicone and sealants where required
- Install basement windows and garage stairs or landings
- Move and organize building materials across job sites
Requirements:
- Two or more years in residential construction or renovation
- Knowledge of applicable residential construction requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract and reliable vehicle
- Basic cordless tools and personal hand tools
