Serve customers as a Retail Store Associate with Carter’s, using customer service skills and point-of-sale expertise in a busy retail environment. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
This Retail Store Associate role supports customers throughout their shopping experience. You will explain product styles, features, and benefits while managing multiple tasks. The position also includes omnichannel assistance, register transactions, replenishment, shipment, and loyalty-program communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide product assistance
- Resolve customer issues proactively and confidently
- Support omnichannel needs for positive shopping experiences
- Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions
- Complete replenishment and shipment tasks as needed
