Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 support anchor this Systems Administrator II role with The Inland Group of Companies.
Based in Truro, Nova Scotia, the position reports to the Director of Information Technology. You will administer Windows environments, monitor performance, support remote offices, and maintain network infrastructure. The role also includes scripting, user support, security, and infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows environments and Active Directory services
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows administrative tools
- Monitor system and network performance
- Implement hardware, software, and operating system improvements
- Support remote users across LAN/WAN environments
Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years of related experience
- Degree or equivalent post-secondary and practical experience
- Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and infrastructure
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and distributed computing
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills
