Develop project management and technical sales skills as an entry-level Project Coordinator supporting proposals, planning, and customer deliverables.
Working under the Regional Team Lead, you will support the Project Management Team across project execution and completion. Build product knowledge while learning project management best practices, control room design, internal processes, and pricing. The work includes proposal packages, customer quotes, project documentation, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project tasks under direction from project and sales leaders
- Prepare customer-friendly quotes from proposal drawings
- Interpret RFP documents and technical customer requirements
- Maintain project documents through manufacturing and completion
- Process warranty requests within one year of completion
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in engineering, business, or related technical studies
- One to three years of working experience
- Project coordination or B2B customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interpret technical and architectural drawings
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software skills
Build foundational project management expertise through proposal development, technical interpretation, documentation, and customer-focused project support.
