Personal Support Worker St. Catharines

Support safe, independent living as a Personal Support Worker with CBI Home Health in St. Catharines, Ontario, through a six-month contract.

This part-time position provides guaranteed hours in North St. Catharines or Thorold/South St. Catharines. You will deliver personal care, support mobility, document changes, and communicate with managers, supervisors, clients, and families. The assignment includes scheduled morning or evening rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients’ safety and independence in their homes
• Provide personal care and assist mobility or light exercises
• Observe, document, and report changes in client conditions
• Perform light housekeeping according to care plans
• Complete scheduled visits throughout designated communities

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker Certificate or accepted equivalent
• Valid Level C First Aid and CPR certification
• Recent vulnerable sector criminal record check, TB test, and immunizations
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between homes
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and assist two-person transfers
