Standalone recruiter role supporting active hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development. Focus on skilled trades and commercial construction professionals. Review submissions, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. Proactively headhunt candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
