Junior Accountant (Fully Remote)

Support daily accounting operations across cash applications, reconciliations, financial reporting, and AR activities. Process payments from ACH, wires, lockbox, and credit cards while ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. Collaborate with Collections and other internal teams to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 1-2 years of accounting experience. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite experience preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
