Client Engagement Coordinator

Supporting Sales Executives throughout the client lifecycle, the full-time Client Engagement Coordinator will manage internal systems, oversee order fulfillment, and deliver exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Ensure smooth customer experience from contracting to the completion of the client lifecycle Oversee order fulfillment and management of implementations for subscriptions, products, services, and custom programs Process clients' orders accurately and promptly while managing invoicing, credits, and payment portals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Communications, or related field, and/or minimum 3 years of project and/or sales support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft AX Dynamics Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with excellence Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
