Payments Supervisor

Leading multiple teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Payments Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, handle escalated issues, enforce policies, and train team members to meet production and quality goals. Key responsibilities Set team and individual goals in collaboration with Payments leadership and communicate production expectations Identify training opportunities and assist in developing training materials for team members and new hires Oversee escalation issues, ensuring quality and compliance in team outputs Required qualifications 1+ year of management or equivalent leadership experience Must have Debt Settlement experience Detailed knowledge of creditor guidelines and the debt settlement process High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Quality Control experience is a plus
