Purpose of the position

Located on Boul. Gouin facing the Rivière Des Prairies, the Gouin-Langelier Complex welcomes autonomous customers or those losing their autonomy. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. We are currently looking for a maintenance worker to fill a temporary position (for the summer) full time, 40 hours per week, evenings and every other weekend. Working days : 1st week Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and the following week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Assist residents with any deficiencies related to services provided by the residence
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
