Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Shipper / Receiver Nights position in Burlington. This is a direct hire opportunity in the medical devices and supplies industry, offering stable night shift work, weekly pay, and in-house certification for equipment operation.

This role is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience who is ready to build hands-on skills in a clean, organized logistics environment. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations by operating a Raymond Reach, using an RF scanner, picking orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Raymond Reach to move, store, and retrieve products safely and efficiently.
- Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including product verification and staging.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement by following scanning and warehouse procedures.
- Support a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Work as part of a night shift team to meet daily productivity and order accuracy goals.
