Marketing Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant at our Distribution Centre.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Strong knowledge of Social Media.
• Prepare and deliver promotional marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market.
• Understanding of Graphic Design and overall strong creative skills.
• Ability to think creatively to better promote the company and product offerings.
• Assist and implement all marketing strategies by developing various elements essential for the growth of the company.
• Keep track and meet deadlines for newsletters, promotions, specials, and online ads.
• Social media management including website updates, blog posts, Instagram and Facebook accounts, and intranet updates.
• Daily communication and interaction directly with Dealers within Ontario including regular visits to Dealer locations to ensure they have updated marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams skills.
• Good Knowledge of Social Media, Website Development and SEO.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• Professional references required.
