Health Care Aide – Cardston, AB (Travel Contract) Position: Health Care Aide – Travel Contract Location: Cardston, AB Positions Available: Two (2) Full-Time Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are urgently seeking two full-time Health Care Aides for an immediate travel contract in Taber, AB. This is a great opportunity for compassionate, reliable aides who enjoy a change of scenery and are ready to hit the ground running. Shift Details Primary shift: 1500–2300 Occasional night float shift: 2300–0700 Full-time hours Other information $28.00 per hour $30.00 per diem, per shift Mileage or accommodations up to $2000 Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities Support residents' mobility, nutrition, and hydration Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care Qualifications Health Care Aide certification (or equivalent) Current CPR/First Aid considered an asset Previous experience in a care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Must be available to start immediately Accommodations Accommodations will need to be arranged for the duration of this travel contract.
