Reporting to the Team Lead, Treasury Services , you will act as the subject matter expert and be responsible for coordinating and supporting the business with a primary focus on cash-up and accounts receivable. In this role, you will provide guidance to internal partners, troubleshoot complex cash-related issues, and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation processes that support overall financial integrity and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily and monthly reconciliations, reviewing sales data, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
• Supporting retail stores as the first point of contact for cash-up and accounts receivable inquiries, including training and guidance.
• Preparing journal entries and assisting with various accounting duties, including coordinating month end processes and maintaining accurate process documentation.
• Monitoring accounts receivable aging, following up on late or unpaid accounts, and resolving escalated issues related to corporate credit accounts.
• Running financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights or recommendations to support management decision making.
• Contributing to continuous process improvements and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
• Leading AR related audit requirements, including year-end tasks and walkthroughs with external auditors.

Compensation Details

$53,832.00 - $67,290.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
