Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Project Management-Lead, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team of maintenance and special tools engineers-Manage a budget exceeding $50M (hours and ODCs)-Act as the primary ISR technical interface with customers on maintenance and tooling topicsMaintenance Engineering-Lead design‑for‑maintainability activities-Manage and support maintainability demonstrations at customer sites-Oversee maintenance studies and analyses for rolling stock equipmentSpecial Tools & Diagnostic Equipment-Lead the design, qualification, and commissioning of special tools and diagnostic test equipment-Lead the evaluation of supplier technical proposals and manage technical reviews and meetings with suppliers and customers All about youWe value passion and attitude as much as experience.
