Must Haves
- 10+ years across Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Strategy, or Digital Transformation
- Developing enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
- Leadership within large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Expertise with AI, cloud platforms, enterprise integration, and application modernization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
Nice to Have
- Healthcare experience
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery approaches
- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience evaluating vendors and strategic technology investments
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes
- Establish future-state architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead architecture reviews and contribute to governance forums
- Provide architectural leadership across enterprise transformation and digital modernization initiatives
- Review solution designs for alignment with enterprise standards and target-state architecture
- Guide architecture decisions involving AI, cloud, data, integration, security, and infrastructure
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
